Every Wednesday our class will be joining with Mrs. Kaeppeler's fourth grade class for Wisconsin Wednesdays! In fourth grade, Wisconsin is a large part of what we study within our social studies curriculum. Wisconsin Wednesdays will include everything from learning fun facts about our great state to sampling some of the foods our state has to offer! D is for Dairy!

Using heavy whipping cream and a small glass jar, we shook the cream until it became thick and voila! Homemade butter! It was delicious!
